AI Disclosure

SceneScale uses AI-assisted image-production technology as part of a human-directed commercial workflow.
1. Human direction
Projects include human briefing review, art direction, prompt and workflow selection, output curation, product-accuracy inspection, correction, upscaling and export preparation.
2. Product accuracy
AI-assisted output can introduce errors. SceneScale reviews recognizable product shape, packaging, labels, materials and consistency, while the client must inspect regulated claims and final publication details.
3. Source materials
The client is responsible for having permission to supply and use product photographs, branding and reference materials.
4. No software purchase
Clients purchase finished visual-production services and files, not access to an AI generator, prompts, credits or SceneScale’s underlying production system.
5. Portfolio and training
Client work is not published in the SceneScale portfolio without separate permission. Any future model-training policy must be disclosed separately and explicitly before such use occurs.
