Pre-launch Terms

These terms apply only to enquiries, suitability reviews and non-binding project briefs submitted while SceneScale is in its founding pre-launch phase.

1. No paid contract through submission

Submitting a brief, product reference or enquiry does not create a paid service agreement and does not obligate either party to proceed.

2. Commercial opening

Paid production will only open after the official legal entity, KVK number, VAT details, final commercial terms and applicable business information have been published.

3. Client materials

You confirm that you own or are authorised to provide the uploaded products, trademarks, labels, photographs, references and other materials. You remain responsible for product claims and regulatory accuracy.

4. Suitability review

SceneScale may review submitted source material to assess technical suitability, product complexity, likely scope and requested channels. A review is not a guarantee that a project will be accepted.

5. Confidentiality and portfolio use

Uploaded source files and project information are not published as portfolio work without separate confirmation. Optional portfolio permission in the form only permits SceneScale to ask for later confirmation.

6. Future proposal

When commercial operations open, any paid project will require a separate written scope or order confirmation covering deliverables, price, VAT, timing, revisions, cancellation and usage rights.
