Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the SceneScale project handles contact information and product-reference files during its founding pre-launch phase. Current business-registration status is published on the Company Status page.

1. Data collected

SceneScale may collect your name, business email, brand information, product instructions, uploaded product-reference files, requested channels, correspondence and limited technical security data.

2. Purpose

Data is used to receive enquiries, assess product suitability, prepare a possible scope, protect the service against misuse and communicate about the requested project.

3. Uploaded product files

Product references are transferred to private Supabase Storage using time-limited signed upload URLs. They are used only for the requested suitability review or later agreed production and are not published without separate confirmation.

4. Service providers

SceneScale uses Vercel for hosting and server functions, Supabase for private database and file storage, and Resend for transactional email. Stripe is configured for future payment processing but public paid production is not currently open.

5. Retention

Incomplete and unpaid project records and uploads may be deleted automatically after the configured holding period, normally 48 hours. Records required for security, correspondence or an expressly continued project may be retained longer where necessary.

6. Your choices and requests

You may request access, correction or deletion of information associated with your submission, subject to applicable legal and security requirements.
