Upload Policy

This policy explains how product-reference files are handled during the enquiry and production process.

1. Accepted files

The website accepts up to four JPG, PNG or WebP files, up to 30 MB each and 120 MB in total. Original camera files are recommended. A short side of at least 2000 pixels generally improves product review and accuracy.

2. Secure transfer

Product files are uploaded directly to private project storage using time-limited signed upload URLs. The public website never receives a reusable storage credential, and uploaded objects are not publicly accessible.

3. Retention and unpaid orders

Incomplete or unpaid order records and their uploaded source files may be automatically deleted after the configured holding period, normally 48 hours. Paid project materials are retained only for production, delivery, support and applicable record-keeping needs.

4. Permitted use

Uploaded references are used only to evaluate, quote or produce the requested project. They are not used for portfolio publication without separate permission.

5. Removal requests

Requests concerning stored project files can be sent to hello@scenescale.studio.
